SOLGARAMTM

Einocle want to provide direct help to patients by newly understanding rare diseases that are currently difficult to diagnose or treat. However, to achieve this, high-efficiency, low-cost single-cell pre-processing technology and advanced bioinformatics techniques that can quickly and effectively analyze clinical patient data were indespensable.

Thus, we developed SOLGARAMTM, a next-generation innovative single-cell analysis platform. SOLGARAM means “narrow river” in pure Korean and refers to the precision microfluidic system we are using for this device.

SOLGARAMTM outperforms other commercially available single cell devices in many respects. The analysis cost per sample is about one over ten (1/10), and the input cell recovery efficiency is more than 1.5 times higher. The entire analysis process can be monitored in real time, and the fully automated system not only enhances user convenience but also guarantees high reproducibility. As an all-in-one system that includes all functional elements necessary for the entire process up to cDNA synthesis, additional laboratory equipment or tools are not required.
